Part of New York City's waterfront precinct is being recreated at Universal Studios Singapore (USS). Seen here is the first façade for a building at the USS New York zone.

The facade is part of the elaborate themed zone that lets USS visitors experience the spirit, energy - and not forgetting the sumptuous food - of America's biggest city.

The New York streetscape faithfully recreates the look and feel of New York City in the 1940s with the building architecture, sidewalks, and even the street signs matching those in the Big Apple.
